All prices are based on Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast is from 7.00am to 9.00am, unless an alternative time is required.

Last check in is 8pm.

Dinner is at 7.00pm, the kitchen will be closed at 8pm.  Please inform us if you will be requiring dinner at breakfast time. One course meal R 250, excluding drinks. 

Refreshments are stocked in your room fridge for your convenience, and payment is required at the end of your stay.

No children under 12 years of age.

No Batchelor or birthday parties in respect to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the bush.

Please note that we do not have any tv's on the property.

Our family includes 7 free roaming dogs.

Our 2km  gravel/sand road can't be driven in a sports car, 4x4 is not necessary.

50% deposit on Bed and Breakfast rates prior to arrival.

Remaining ballance to be settled on departure.

Credit cards , Visa and Master, E.F.T.'s and cash accepted .

Cancellation policies:

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a 5 % of the reservation price will be charged.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a 25 % of the reservation price will be charged.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a 50 % of the reservation price will be charged.

If cancelled later, or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check in time 3 p.m. check out time 10.30 a.m.
